Notifications

Notes are created using the Notes tab in Application Detail, Individual Detail and Vendor Detail.

A Notification is created when the Note is assigned using the Assigned To dropdown and selecting a specific User in the system. The Notification will be indicated in the Notification Button when they are signed into the system.

The Notifications button is in the upper right corner of the screen no matter the user’s location in the software.

When the user has active Notifications, the button will appear yellow with a number indicating the amount of Notifications remaining active.

To view Notification, simply click the button. Then double click the selected notification in the grid. Once a notification has been marked as Complete, it will no longer appear in the grid or counted as active in the Notification button.
