Adding an Individual

Adding an Individual:

Select Lists.

Select Individuals.

Select Add Individual.

Type in first few letters of last name to see if individual is already in system.

If desired individual appears in list below, double click to view detail.

If desired individual does not appear, select Create New Individual.

Enter SSN, Gender, Birthdate & Marital Status (this may also be entered after selecting the Save New Individual button), select Save New Individual, You will be asked to confirm that the information is correct, if it is, select Yes.

The individual has now been saved and you have been taken to the Individual Detail page.

You may now enter or edit information in the upper portion such as Marital Status, Gender, etc. MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE SAVE BUTTON WHEN EDITING ANY INFO IN THIS AREA!

Tabs in lower area may be selected to enter information or to view historical data associated with this individual.
